Ana Maria Polo personal life
Ana Maria Cristina Polo Gonzalez was born in Havana, Cuba. Her family moved to Miami at two years old. Ana was born and lived in Havana in the Cuban capital. Her move to Miami along with her family at age two after moving out of Havana. Ana Maria Polo from Habana is the presenter and host on Telemundo's "Caso Cerrado" one of the most watched Spanish-language programs on the network. The show was nominated for an Emmy for Daytime Entertainment Emmy for Daytime Entertainment Emmy Awards in the year 2015. In 2015 it ranked at the top in all key demos. Polo was born on April 11 of 1959 in Havana, Cuba and went into Florida International University, where she received a diploma in political science. In the following years she earned her PhD degree in law from University of Miami. From there she earned her PhD in law from the University of Miami and practiced law for 20 years in Miami. Polo made her first appearance on TV in 2001 as part of Telemundo's Sala de Parejas. Her legal skills were also used in other court shows. Literature Works and Accolades 1958, she wrote the book Los Hijos Muertos (The dead children) in which she was awarded the Critic's Award and Spanish National Prize for Literature. Ana Maria Matute arrived in the United States of America from Spain in the year 1960. Polo is a survivor of breast cancer and frequently gives speeches to raise funds. Over the course of her life, she's been fighting to ensure LGBT equality. She holds a law degree at The University of Miami School of Law, and she is also a Florida Bar Member.
