Rosalia

Rosalia Vila aka Rosalia is the Spanish Pop/Flamenco singer. As a teenager she sang with traditional as well as popular music. However, her musical interests have expanded to encompass soul and hip-hop. Pepe Habichuela Flamenco guitarist who is renowned for her talent, described her voice by saying it is sweet, with a traditional bite. El Mal Querer is her second album, released in 2018, which was commercially and critically acclaimed. After Los Angeles, her debut album released in 2017, she got a Latin Grammy for Best New Artist as well as the Latin Grammy nod. La Fama was released by the Weeknd in 2021. Motomami was a collaboration with a variety of artists, including Cory Henry, James Blake and others. The album came out in 2022 as a result of an appearance on Saturday Night Live appearance by Rosalia, the vocalist of Chicken Teriyaki. Rosalia was the very first Spanish artist to have performed alone on the popular program. Rosala from Motomami who was awarded an award for the Latin Album of the Year and 3 Latin Grammy Awards in total for Motomami was also the first woman in history to be awarded this award.
