Later, she appeared in sitcoms including Seinfeld's Frasier Winds Ned, Stacey Mad About You Caroline in the City 3rd Rock from the Sun as well as Just Shoot Me!. She was the central character of an episode of Murder She Wrote episode called Coal Miner's Slaughter. In 2012, she hadn't had a job in so many years and was panicking as she was unable to come up with enough money to cover her rent. Then I got a phone message by my agent telling me that I'd gotten invited to play a guest character which was worth $5,000. Then I wept and literally dropped to my knees. Jessica Fletcher's former protegee was the character I played. It's among my top films I've ever made. Her marriage to Michael A. Katcher, 1992-96, was her first. In 2003, she was married in 2003 to Nick Offerman. She played Grandma Linda in Hotel Transylvania 2 (2015).
